Workforce Connect simplifies workforce partnership management by linking organizations, contacts, and partnerships through intuitive click paths. You can organize partnerships by assigning leaders and support contacts, managing tasks efficiently, and accessing dashboards and reporting tools for valuable insights.
How is Workforce Connect different from traditional CRMs?
Unlike traditional CRMs, which are often complex, sales-focused, and limited by a restrictive licensing model, Workforce Connect is designed specifically for workforce partnership management. It offers standardized workforce-specific data, unlimited organizational access, and user-friendly navigation to ensure visibility and collaboration across your teams.

Does everyone at our organization automatically have access when we sign a contract?
Our Partnerships Team is here to help you get started. Contact us at info@WorkforceConnect.com or request a demo. Once youโve signed up, you will be assigned a dedicated Workforce Connect Customer Success Lead who will guide you through a smooth and successful adoption and implementation process at your organization.
How many users can we have at our institution?
Workforce Connect supports unlimited users for your institution. Anyone with an email address from your organizationโs domain can be granted access.
Does everyone at our organization automatically have access when we sign a contract? ๐น
No, access is managed by the Institution Administrator, who assigns platform access to the appropriate users.
How do I get added as a new user?
Contact your Institution Administrator, who manages user access.
I was just added as a user. Now what? ๐น
You will receive a signup link from your Institution Administrator. Follow the link to create your profile.
I created my profile. How do I start using the platform? ๐น

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Select the “Reset Password” link on the login page to create a new password.
How do I reset my password?
The process is the same as forgetting your passwordโclick the “Reset Password” link on the login page to reset it.
How do I remove a user? ๐น
Users cannot be deleted but can be archived by the Institution Administrator. Archiving retains user history and allows restoration if needed. The archived user will no longer have access to the platform until it is restored.
How do I add a colleague to a partnership team if theyโre not listed on the platform?
If a colleague is not listed, they need to be added as a Workforce Connect user. Contact your Institution Administrator and request their addition to the platform.
What user permissions are available?
Permissions are divided into two levels: full editing and viewing rights, and view-only rights.
I have editing rights, but I canโt edit a partnership. Why?
You can only edit partnerships where you are listed as a lead or supporting team member. Check if youโre included, and if not, ask a listed partnership team member to add you.

The Partnership Builder helps you define and customize partnerships to meet your specific needs.ย
How do I edit information on Organization, Contact, and Partnership pages? ๐น
Select the pencil icon on the relevant page and sections to make edits. Save your changes once complete.ย
How do I apply directory filters to create a narrowed list? ๐น
Filters in any directory allow you to narrow down information and create targeted lists.
What does the Quick View feature provide? ๐น
Quick View gives instant access to essential details about organizations, contacts, and partnerships. You can also add notes, log communications, and create tasks from the quick view pages.ย
How do I assign an organization to a community member without an employer or formal affiliation? ๐น
For community members without an employer or formal affiliation, create an organization using their first and last name and select “Unidentified Community Member” as the organization type.ย
Can I create a partnership or contact without linking it to an organization or contact? ๐น
No, all partnerships must include at least one external organization and one external contact, and each contact must be linked to an organization. However, you can start creating a partnership or contact, and the platform will guide you in adding the necessary organization and contact details as needed.ย
Can I create a partnership with multiple organizations? ๐น
Yes, you can add two or more organizations to a single partnership.ย
Who can view and edit partnerships?
All users can view partnerships, but only team members assigned to the partnership can edit its details.
What is the best way to create a sector partnership? ๐น
Create a sector partnership by including multiple organizations in a single partnership.ย
Can I send emails directly from the platform?
No, email integration is not currently available.
How can I create a list to send an email to specific people? ๐น
You can generate a contact list by exporting a CSV file from the platform.
Can I export or print Organization, Contact, and Partnership Pages? ๐น
Yes, you can print each of these pages.ย

How do I create and assign tasks? ๐น
Tasks can be created and assigned to any user on the platform.
How do I edit, add comments, edit, or change the status of a task? ๐น

How do I get the most out of the Task Dashboard? ๐น
The Task Dashboard helps you efficiently manage tasks, users, organizations, contacts, and partnerships. Use filters to focus on specific areas and streamline your workflow quickly.
Can I assign tasks to users outside my organization?
No, tasks can only be assigned to users within your organization with platform access.

The Organization Report provides insights into the various partner organizations you work with. It highlights how effectively you leverage these partnerships for workforce-related functions and assesses the depth of engagement each organization has with yours.
What does the Contact Report show? ๐น
The Contact Report identifies which external contacts are mapped to the most partnerships within your organization. This helps you determine your most valuable collaborators and partners.
What does the Partnership Report show? ๐น
The Partnership Report offers a quick overview of partnership statuses, their value in advancing workforce partnership goals, and a summary of the organizations contributing the most value in work-based learning, education and training, and direct hire opportunities.
What does the Activity Report show? ๐น
The Activity Report tracks how internal users are utilizing the platform. It provides a snapshot of notes, communications, and tasks logged, along with data on who is assigned to the most partnerships, who assigns the most tasks, and who is completing the most tasks, notes, and communications.
Can I apply filters to reports? ๐น
Yes, filters can be applied to customize your report views.
Can I receive reports by email?
Yes, weekly email reports can be enabled in your user profile.
Can I import/export data? ๐น
Yes. Data imports (via CSV) are handled by our Customer Success Team, and exports are available directly through the platform.
Pricing & Licensing

How much does Workforce Connect cost?
Pricing is based on the number of enrollments (for colleges) or the number of anticipated users (for non-educational organizations). Discounts are available for multi-year contracts.
Does my license include unlimited users?
Yes, licenses include unlimited users within your organization.
Can external users access Workforce Connect?
Access is restricted to users approved by your Institution Administrator.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks and money orders but do not currently accept credit cards.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, with a 30-day notice. However, payments are non-refundable.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden platform fees.
How does the billing cycle work?
The billing cycle operates annually, with payments due once per year.

You, the customer, own all rights to your data.
Where is my data stored?
All data is securely stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
How can Workforce Connect use my data?
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve our services.
What is aggregated data, and how is it used?
Aggregated data refers to anonymized information that cannot identify individuals. Workforce Connect uses this data to enhance services and conduct research.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, data is backed up daily.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data will be archived and available for restoration if you return to the platform.
How secure is the platform?
Workforce Connect employs industry-standard security measures, including optional two-factor authentication.
